It has been a remarkable journey with my trainer Zafir Anam. After my admission journey, I had grown much fat and fatigue. So I decided to gain a good physique in my 3-4 months vacation. So I started my training sessions with my coach. He has just given some amazing diet and workout plans which have resulted in good progress (satisfactory to me).
